Don’t Panic

(Audio Self-Help Guides)

Dealing with Panic Attacks

Panic attacks are terrifying experiences and they are not rare with many people experiencing one or more of them. Panic is an intense form of anxiety and is particularly associated with strong, unpleasant physical symptoms e.g. such as light headedness, heart pounding, visual disturbance, which intensifies the sufferer’s feeling that they are under threat and causes the catastrophic thinking that characterises panic attacks. This recording teaches the listener more about this topic and provides cognitive-behavioural therapy strategies that are proven to deal with panic attacks.
